These terms govern your use of topyn.com ("TOPYN"). By listing a sale, searching, or otherwise using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use TOPYN.

What TOPYN is

TOPYN is a directory that lets people list garage sales, markets and similar events and helps shoppers find them on a map. We provide the platform; we don't run the sales, inspect goods, or vet the people who list them.

Listing a sale

• You must provide accurate details and only list a sale you're entitled to hold at the address given.
• You're responsible for the content you submit, including descriptions and photos, and you confirm you have the right to use them.
• Don't list illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, or prohibited items, and don't post misleading, offensive or infringing content.
• Free listing types are free. Paid listing types show their price before payment and are charged as a one-off fee.
• We may remove or decline any listing — for example if it's reported, appears fake, or breaches these terms.

Payments and refunds

Paid listings and agent subscriptions are processed by PayPal. Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Because a listing is published shortly after payment, paid listing fees are generally non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. If something went wrong with your payment, contact us.

Shoppers

Listings are provided by third parties and may change or be cancelled without notice. Verify details before travelling, and take normal care when attending any sale. Routes and distances are estimates provided for convenience.

Reporting

If a listing looks fake or inappropriate, use the report option. Listings that receive multiple reports may be automatically hidden pending review.

Disclaimer and liability

TOPYN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, from listings, or from your dealings with sellers or shoppers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
